I have been in the automotive industry my whole career. I would always emphasize to my workers, and later when teaching, my students, to treat the customer and their vehicle like it was their own. Starting with Jim, the sales representative, who was straightforward and explained the complete process. Well, Aqua Tech Mechanical did exactly that to a tee while doing the install of my home generator.
The 5 technicians, David, Tom, Luke, Quinn, and Eugene did a fantastic job! They were here 6.5 hours, answered every question and explained in detail everything they were installing. When finished, they cleaned up any mess, which was minimal, completely. Even Scott, the technician who came for the town inspection, had to wait 1.5 hours before the inspector showed up.The thing that impressed me the most was how courteous and respectfully they ALL represented their company.
I must also give a shoutout to Danelle, Jessica and Chris in following up so seamlessly on any questions and reaching out to me when needed. This is a class act company.
I don't usually give rave reviews or recommendations but, coming from a tradesman's background, I wouldn't hesitate a moment in recommending Aqua Tech Mechanical.
