We came into the store. A young man by the name of Nick Thomas saw us and asked us if we needed help - we did! We told him we needed a shoe for my daughter who was doing track & Field. He helped us find the perfect shoe. Literally the first show he showed us was the one. He checked to see it fit her right and showed us how to care for /clean the sneaker. We were in and out in less than 15m. Nick - thank you!
This place makes me want to take off my shoes and walk into the woods never to return. The style you want is not eligible for discounts in-store and even the clearance section is not substantially discounted enough to warrant descending into the hellscape of Woodbury commons. Woodbury commons is a parasitic/invasive bacterial growth devastating a beautiful valley. All the employees were very nice and helpful tho.
I had such an amazing experience at the ASICS store in Woodbury Commons, thanks to Mike D. He overheard me talking to my son about shoe sizes and kindly stepped in to help. He took the time to explain everything about fit, sizing, and what to look for in a good sneaker—especially for growing feet.
Mike didn’t just give us great advice—he built a genuine connection with my son, asking about his favorite colors and styles, and making him feel included in the process. My son trusted him completely, which says a lot!
We come to the ASICS store often because my son is growing so fast, and sneakers are such an important part of his day-to-day comfort. ASICS is our favorite brand, and having someone like Mike who truly listens and cares made all the difference. We’ll definitely be coming back. We ended up buying 3 pairs! Thank you again, Mike!
