Terry Stein is a master of the ART technique. I had c1234 fused and decompressed Nov of 2024. For a full year I've been living with cement muscles wrapped around my neck causing more pain than the actual surgery. Within one visit I was 60% better and felt there was light at the end of the tunnel for the first time. I have just had my second visit and the range of motion that I thought I would never have per the surgeon mind you, is now back. Terry Stein will be my massage therapist for the rest of my life. Stop taking pills and living in pain. Come see him once and you'll see for yourself. He is honest truthful and he even told me he's not so sure he'd be able to help me when I first spoke with him before my initial visit due to my condition. I didn't care! I still wanted to try because I can't take living like this. Now I am happy, not cranky from pain, and truly feel my life is going back to normal. Terry has been treating my runner’s aches and pains for 15+ years and he’s the best of the best. I’m amazed by his breadth of knowledge; he knows the human anatomy to an astounding level of detail, and is persistent, working on muscles and tendons until he finds the source of the issue. Whether it’s a nagging injury or an ache leading up to a race, I trust him to find a solution. We are very fortunate to have him on Long Island.. I have my quality of life back ! I’ve been to Physical Therapy, medical massage therapy pain management all of my life. They all do the same traditional treatments that never worked for me and any relief really doesn’t even last a few days.
