Bought a washer at the Yorktown store. The service was professional and thorough—they walked me through the pros and cons of several models. Prices were also a bit lower than what I saw online at other stores. Delivery and installation were on time and also very professional. Overall I had an excellent experience.
We have always come to Atlantic fornour appliance needs, and this time, replacing our dishwasher, was the same great experience we have come to count on. Salesman Dieter took our considerations into account with no pressure, advised us on pros and cons, and gave us a good price on our selection. The installation service was prompt and efficient.
Donato was terrific to work with. He really paid attention to what we needed for our next refrigerator, especially the unique dimensions we were working with. His colleague, Abby, has also been a pleasure to deal with.
I am a long time customer of Atlantic. New Frig arrived on schedule. Delivery crew was excellent & executed tricky removal old and install new quickly with no problems. Frig fit under cabinet with 1/4 inch to spare , thank you Fran. Unfortunately mfg defect requires new doors. Teuta says they are back ordered but she will get them and arrange install. So I’m happy.
Great experience with Tom. And the delivery guys were amazing. I’m happy I came here rather than a big box store. The pricing was the same but the level of personalized service was way better. Highly recommend this store if you’re looking for appliances.
