I was here ten years ago. Very clean apartments, staff are stellar and professional. My apartment was clean, modern and warm. It's public housing, and in this case, everything was perfect.
I COULDN'T STAND the tenants who were very ungrateful and complained all the time about nonsense. The manager at the time Ronald Traudt was the nicest fellow, maintenace staff Dimas was very understanding and right there when something needed attention.
Well done good and faithful servants . I'm so grateful and thankful for this beautiful apartment every morning look at the mountains as the sun comes up.
A while ago I visited a person who lived in an apartment at Forrestal Heights in Beacon. It's a public housing building that only accepts senior citizens.
I noticed that her apartment had one bedroom, a small kitchen- dining area, 1 bathroom and a living room. There was an emergency call bell in the bathroom for residents safety needs. A bonus is that the apartment has a nice balcony which is great for sitting outside in warm weather.
The building has elevators and the inside and outside appear to be well kept.
There are nearby conveniences such as transportation, a pizzeria and more.
My friend is a tenant in the building. She is very in her apartment and seems very comfortable . She has a balcony and public transportation is readily available
