I visited the spa for the first time and had Ben as my massage therapist. It was one of the best massages I've ever had!
He was very thorough and listened to my concerns about a shoulder injury - didn't overwork or push that shoulder too far.
Most massages I've had end end with basic hand and foot massage. He really paid attention, addressing all of the muscles and joints in each. I left feeling invigorated and relaxed.
I visited Bear Mountain Spa with a small group for a friend's birthday. The staff did an awesome job accommodating us, describing the options available when scheduling our services, and putting our appointments as close together as possible. Waiting for everyone to finish was not a problem...especially with the comfy waiting area and cucumber water (very refreshing). Staff was friendly and professional. Great experience!
I went here last month in May as a birthday gift. I got the sea salt body scrub, aromatherapy, eye mask, and facial. The location of the spa is gorgeous and the cafe downstairs is helpful if you want something to eat afterwards. I didn’t take pics in the spa but it smells amazing and has a nice lounge area for waiting. They also sent me home with the reusable eyemask and some exfoliating gloves. It was a lovely experience and my face felt like jelly all day 😌
