Most people who live here beefing with the management for minor issues. Imo, they expecting too much. If you follow basic rules, there shouldn't be any issues. Yes, mgmt fees r a bit higher than average. They had money problems back in the days but it is good now. They recently installed security cameras, has daily trash pick ups and they r pretty much on point with basic maintenance work.
Update: Takes some time to get altercation requests to get approved. They require NYC licensed and insured contractor for everything. Head of maintenance guy here pretty much monopolizes the repairs here.
