I contacted them with a LONG list of plumbing needs I had - installing a new under sink water filtration system, fixing two kitchen faucets, fixing a bathroom faucet and tub stopper, capping a propane line... I had put off all these repairs because it was so hard to get my usual plumbing company to come out.

Benitz & Sons helped me locate all the parts I needed, and installed the water filtration system in a way that wouldn't require me to install a separate faucet, saving me having to make a new hole in my countertop. This saved me a lot of headache!

Then, on top of it, they installed a new faucet in a tricky spot with an innovative solution. When that failed, they came back for FREE and made it work again.

And there's more! They figured out my well pressure tank was not working. That led me to do a water test on my own and learn I had coliform bacteria in my well. So then I was able to call a well company and get a new sanitary cap, shock chlorination, and new well pressure tank to fix the issue. Without them, I wouldn't have even known that was an issue until the well pump died. So needless to say, they improved the quality of water in my home and saved me from expensive replacement of the well pump.

I can't say enough how happy and grateful I am for their excellent work.

I contacted Benitez & Sons on Thursday morning for a pipe that was leaking which was starting to cause a minor flooding condition in my utility closet.

Augustine and his son arrived a short time later despite having a busy schedule for the day and did a fantastic job. I sent them pictures and a video during the initial phone call and he was able to give me very reasonable quote, which I agreed to. Their honesty and transparency upfront is hard to find nowadays especially with these bigger companies who try to get every dollar from you-- but not Benitez & Sons-- they're different.

I have a Townhouse so the utility area is small and to make matters worse, the leaky pipe was behind the 40 gallon water tank, making it extremely difficult to reach. They came up with a plan and executed it with professionalism and efficiency while making sure the area remained clean. The job was done in less than an hour.

I can't thank Benitez & Sons enough. Initially, I scheduled an appointment with a bigger company because my options were running out but my last attempt was a call to this father and son team and they did not disappoint. I found my permanent plumbing and heating professionals and I strongly recommend anyone in need of plumbing or heating/cooling work to definitely give them a call! I've used Benitez and Sons for 5 big jobs at my house over the years, each of which were (a) not easy, (b) required innovation and experience to do right, and (c) could have cost me a LOT of money if they were not honest. Thankfully, running a family business with their name on the line, Augustine has to be one of the most honest, caring, and competent guys in the trades that I have worked with. I should have written up this review years ago but kept forgetting (even though I brag about "my plumber and his son" to all my friends and colleagues). Most recently, my air conditioning unit (22 years old) stopped working. It would have been easy for him to show up and say 'Well, it's just time to put in a new unit...' Instead, he pulled the old unit apart and found that only a switch and a capacitor needed replacing. All works great. Oh, and I should mention that he showed up the day after I called...amazing. And this is just how he rolls. He's my go-to for anything plumbing and should be yours. He's that good.
