Alex and Maryna were fantastic and extremely helpful in my last minute purchase. Alex offered expertise and found me multiple pieces of jewelry that fell under my budget. Maryna shined the jewelry and gave an at-home feel with her friendliness and willingness to serve. Amazing experience. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Marina is such a wonderful human spirit...Never changes...always a warm smile and forever willing to please..Came in to pick up a broken chain I brought in 6 days ago...Needless to say she did an excellent job...I also had two watches needing batteries....Marina was on the phone, and Alex interrupted his own work to take care of the watches....He didn't have to, as I was quite willing to leave them and pick them up another day...The personal attention you get when you go there, is unlike any other...You feel the care as soon as you walk in...I just love that!!...Why go anywhere else?

She worked with my budget, offered several beautiful options, and even cleaned a few of my jewelry pieces at no charge.

Quality work and excellent customer service by Marina at Bolila Jewelry. Marina gives you her full attention when you enter the store. She does quality work and backs it up with a lifetime warranty. I recently bought a beautiful necklace for my niece which she loved! Also, Marina recently made an adjustment to a necklace bought for me as a gift to make sure it fit comfortably. She updated the closure on an older pair of earrings so now I can wear them by changing them from a post style to a more comfortable and secure closure. I love how they came out! They will steam clean your jewelry for no extra charge as well. If you have gold or silver jewelry, you want to sell, she will pay you the going rate for these precious metals.
