The food was good, flavorful and sauces delicious (hot honey 😋). We asked to add, not substitute, on a sandwich but girl taking the order told us we couldn't. Also, for the price, you would think they would put a side or two with the meals. All sides are separate. And we also had to pay extra for sauces, which is ridiculous! (After spending over $200) We asked for one of the combo platters to eat while we wait and everything was cold so we had to ask to heat it up. We drove almost 40min for it, probably do it again but not in the near future.
This place has very high reviews and many people said they had some of the best bbq around. We came to try it out, and their food was DELICIOUS! We had the ribs and the brisket melt along with some Mac and cheese and some fries. These ribs were so good and the sandwich had an amazing taste. All of the food was delicious and made fresh. We definitely will be coming back and trying more of their menu!
Shout out to the guys at SnacktimeTV for posting a video about this place. Maybe my new favorite spot to get an egg sandwich. The brisket, egg, and cheese was out of this world and the chicharron bacon, egg, and cheese was just as good. The BBQ sauce was so flavorful and made me want to try their meats. Can't wait to go back to explore more of their menu.
Br'eys is a hidden gem just out of the town of Bedford Hills on a corner with a one-way street with very little parking.
If you are lucky or patient enough to find a parking spot, you won't be disappointed. Locals are lucky if they are within walking distance. I'd be eating here every day.
I suggest you order ahead and take someone with you to pick up food while you circle the block.
I came here on the hunt for something different for breakfast and stumbled across this spot after seeing a video about their BBQ breakfast options. Glad I did!
The vibe inside is cool and relaxed with a bit of charm. It’s not a big space but there is some seating. Service was solid, the staff was friendly, patient, and gave me great recommendations for a first timer.
I went with two picks:
• Brisket Egg & Cheese — house smoked brisket, scrambled eggs, American cheese on Texas toast. Super buttery and cheesy. My only critique is the brisket was sliced a little too thin, which made it tougher to bite through in a sandwich.
• Breakfast Burrito — house smoked pulled pork, scrambled eggs, American cheese, pico de gallo wrapped in a tortilla. This one was the winner for me. Smoky, spicy, and loaded with flavor.
Parking is the biggest challenge. It’s on a tight, busy street with not much available nearby.
Overall though, the food was delicious and definitely worth the trip. I’ll be back to try the Bacon Egg & Cheese with house smoked crispy bacon chicharron and their crispy tots.
