The office is great and the doctors are amazing. The only problem is the one receptionist. She does not greet anyone and we end up standing there waiting until she finally looks up and acknowledges us. This is unprofessional, especially for someone who represents the front of the office. Receptionists are the face of the business alongside the doctors, and this level of service does not match the quality of care the doctors provide. She either needs proper training or needs to be moved to a different position because this behavior is unacceptable.

    The doctors are great.
The receptionist with the long, straight black hair is consistently unprofessional. She does not greet patients, does not acknowledge anyone walking in, and maintains a constant negative attitude with a visible scowl. She never says “hello,” “how can I help you,” or makes any effort to provide basic customer service. Her demeanor creates a hostile and unwelcoming environment. At this point, it is clear she is either unwilling or unable to perform the duties of her role. The office should seriously consider removing her from the front desk or terminating her employment.
