I recently had a CB2 queen bed delivered to my home, and Thomas was the delivery professional who handled the entire process. I can honestly say the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Thomas was incredibly professional, honest, and respectful of both my time and my home. He communicated clearly, arrived exactly when he said he would, and handled the delivery with real care.

What really stood out was how much pride he takes in his work. After bringing the bed in and helping position it, he even went the extra mile by offering some oil to help shine and condition the wood. That kind of above-and-beyond service is rare these days, and it made a big difference in how great the final setup looked.
