Great reliable service! My Law offices signed our first contract with Improcom in 2002, since that time we are Improcom's customers. I love all the features and possibilities Improcom provides us with. We use unlimited phone lines, web portal where we can schedule time for the phone to ring in the office and to be forwarded to voice mail at night and vacation time or during other time to forward calls to my cell phone. We use different voice mail greetings for different situations like if we are in the office but busy, if we are out of the office, if we just want all phone calls go to voice mail, etc. I use iPhone application whenever I am not in the office (even out of country), I am making calls as I am in the office from office caller I.D. When you are abroad, the application let you make calls to any local numbers in USA using internet ,Whatsup or Viber let you call only to smart phones, not to local numbers, and there is no additional cost for making calls to USA from other countries. When there is a problem I email to Improcom and get their response in no time! Thank you! I do recommend Improcom to all business people. They are great and reliable.
I am a Doctor and owner of my medical office. We have 9 phones, unlimited number of phone lines and 4 phone numbers, all of the above are served by Improcom for more than 15 years, from 2005. I would like to say that Improcom provides great customer service and support. We use the web portal to scan received calls, to forward calls, to read voice mails of the computer, getting notifications of missed calls and voice mails. Improcom support is very patient to explain to me and my staff what we can use and how to use all the features. I am able to reroute my phone to my cell or to my secretary at any time virtually from my smart phone. I also enjoy using Improcom’s application on my phone that allows me to make phone calls from any place of the word as I am at my office, patients getting office ID number. When my front desk secretary got sick, I asked my former secretary, who moved to another state, to handle the phone calls and patients’ requests. Improcom was able to mail the phone to her overnight and she was connected to the office as she would be next to me in the office. She was able to pick up all phone calls and transfer them to me when necessary. There are lots of features we don’t even use but they are available for their customers. Whenever I have a problem or need to do some changes in setting of my business/ vacation hours, transferring calls, accepting calls, I email to support@improcom.com and they respond immediately, even during weekend and late evening hours. For more than 10 years I did not have any problems with Improcom. Even during the major Hurricaine Sandy where our area was destroyed, our service was not interrupted, all phone calls were immediately rerouted to my cell phone number, Imrpocom was one of the first companies , who restored their service after Sandy.
