Great family owned business. One of the easiest most comfortable purchases I have made!
I got my carpets installed some 10+ years ago and had a great experience, so I recommended to my mom when she wanted some area rugs installed. There was a minor issue with one of the area rugs, she got on the phone, and they sent someone over to pick the rug up, fixed it, and delivered it back, all within a few hours. She couldn't believe how speedy and friendly the service was.
Through Costco my Mother & Father found Carpet Your World. We set-up an appointment with Neil! He was kind, friendly, considerate & knowledgeable. He was extremely patient in trying to help us find the right flooring. Neil sent sample after sample never becoming irritated. He took his time with them until my mom found the right flooring. He checked on them again a few days before the work was done, while the work was being done and after the completion of the job. He was phenomenal! He was diligent and patient. He always returned their calls and/or responded to their text.
John was our installer. He was very nice, considerate, hardworking & professional. He did an excellent job and cleaned up behind himself as he worked.
