ClubMan Barber Shop

Prior to moving out of the area, I’ve gone to Kaya and his shop for most of my life. The absolute best barbershop around. Highly recommend it to anyone reading this!

Went to Clubman today for a haircut. I can honestly say I received the BEST HAIRCUT OF MY LIFE. Shoutout Ahmet for being professional and having great attention to detail on my high skin fade cut. Highly recommend🔥

The best place to get a haircut on Long Island full stop. Kaya has been cutting hair and doing straight razor shaved since he was 12 years old. He learned the craft from his father who taught him. My son and I have been going to the Oakdale location since my son was almost 3 years old, (he is 8-1/2) now. None of the nonsense of these new places that charge you and arm and a leg. Give you a shot of whiskey and have men in hair buns. This is a man who knows his craft and genuinely makes you part of his family. He has stayed late after his normal business hours to accommodate my son's and my schedule. Has opened on days he was closed to fit us in for special occasions. He is no longer my barber, he has transformed into a genuine close personal friend who I think is one of the hardest working men I know. I base this on my six to seven 18 hour days myself. He doesn't do this for any other reason than to provide for his family. His other staff are just as kind and caring about their craft and customers, however I will openly admit I wait in order to sit in Kaya's chair. Also my son is diagnosed with sensory processing issues and for his first couple of haircuts I would take him to self proclaimed children with special needs places. Which for the record although I'm sure the people who work at these locations are great as well but my son left there still a screaming mess even with all the kids paintings and toys to buy and iPads to distract them. No reflection on the staff they tried. I had been going to Kaya for about 6 months when I was telling him about my son. He told me that if I felt comfortable he would cuty son's hair. Well the time rolled around when I needed a haircut so I brought him. 20 minutes latery son was all smiles and the traditional lollipop. Kaya has men come into get their hair cut for their wedding who he also was their barber for their first haircut. My son and I make "Dad / Son" regular thing of it and hopefully will be one of his great memories of going. To get my haircut with my Dad at Kaya's. I'm not a person who writes reviews at all, (don't have the time.....to busy working) but in the age of "Google reviews" I felt it was high time I gave my barber who is now my friend who's career happens to be cutting hair. I love this barbershop! I love how Sal takes his time to cut my hair to make sure it's perfect! Other barbers usually rush to cut to get as much customers as possible in one day for the money but this man really cares about his work. He even gives you a massage. This man is awesome!

This is the best barber shop on Long Island! The barbers do an amazing job with my sons hair! Kaya the owner is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He really cares about his customers! Sal does a great job with my sons hair. I would never take my son anywhere else!
