The gentleman who makes the fudge is the nicest guy. And the fudge, the fudge is out of this world! Every flavor is amazing! Not sure which is my favorite. Maybe the pistachio? Anyway, if you are in Cold Spring, you must stop here!!

Came by a little over a month ago; my girlfriend saw the sign "Free Fudge Tasting" and suggested we walk in. Best fudge I've ever had. (Try the pistachio.) Bobby is simply awesome, an enthusiastic and energetic shopowner who takes much-deserved pride in his work. What started as him telling us how he makes the fudge ended up being a half-hour, maybe forty-minute hangout once we realized we all had roots from the same place. Was a wonderful time spent before we headed back to the hotel. Bobby G, you're a delight and the chocolate is amazing, I hope to see ya up there or in the city soon!

We went in for the fudge tasting and were immediately greeted by the one and only friendly Bobby. He was so kind to us. His fudge was so tasty and sophisticated! Especially the pistachio. He explained his process and gave us extra fudge. What a kind man! and what excellent fudge! He is a shining star upon not only cold spring but also the world, and his fudge MUST go world wide. - Ed and Ryan

My boyfriend and I took a spontaneous trip to Cold Spring and came across this place. Bobby was incredibly welcoming and down to earth. He really cares about his customers and what he does. The fudge being a 10/10 was the cherry on top. Definitely pay him a visit! Thanks Bobby -Miranda and Devin

Came into the shop for some water originally since it was extremely hot outside. But the owner was extremely nice and insisted on us having a test taste of his homemade fudge. I’ve never been a fudge kinda guy but it was amazing. If you ever visit most definitely try samples of the fudge it’s fantastic. Overall great experience i highly recommend.
