Connie is the best trainer out there! She makes sure I am doing each exercise correctly so I do not injure myself, she adjust workouts to grow with my progress and keeps me motivated to stick with it! I have been working with Connie for over 7 years and counting and am at the top of my physical health thus far at 67 because of Connie's training .

Connie is a wonderful trainer! Her program was tailored to me and helped me get increasingly stronger and lose fat. She is great at working around injuries- which unfortunately happens at my age (NOT caused by the workouts). I highly recommend her!
I found Connie when I was searching for a local personal trainer to get me back into an exercise routine. I loved that she did private personal sessions in her own gym. Connie is wonderful! I cannot say enough positive things about her. She is very knowledgeable and works around any existing physical issues you have to be sure you are not injured. She also worked with my schedule, fitness, and comfort level and got me back on track to working out and getting fit and stronger. Her sessions are very enjoyable - it is like hanging out with a friend while working out.
