Our residential boiler died the day after Christmas and we returned home at about midnight the 26th to a cold house. After calling several companies that night and the following morning morning and getting one tech over from another company that seemed only adequate, I was recommended Silvestri by a neighbor to get a second opinion and wow did they deliver. Scott came by within 30 minutes, diagnosed the issues with our 44 year old boiler, had a informed discussion about repairs vs new units, and we opted for repairs.
Time and cost was exactly what he quoted. Tim, who came to help with the job, was super caring and knowledgeable as well. I can't thank them enough for the amazing work, and they were super thorough in checking for frozen pipes and leakage around the whole house as they brought the fixed system back online. So glad there wasn't any, but I knew Scott and Tim would have handled that too if there were any leaks. I can breathe a sigh of relief knowing the job was handled by an expert, professional, and caring team.
I was referred by my old neighbor about this company. I was told to ask for Scott. I called and made an appointment for 9:00 am and Scott was there at 8:45. I informed him about the issue with the air conditioner. Scott right away informed me what he was going to do and what he was going to look for in the compressor. In two minutes he found the problem. Scott explain the price and how long the job was going to take. I loved that he took the time to explain to me every step and also how to maintain the air conditioner. I feel that Scott is great access to this company and a professional.
