I did not want to give this agency a rating at all but to establish a complaint I had to give one This Mental Health Agency DASH is the most unprofessional organization I ever dealt with Their staff will lie to you over the phone and their counselor’s will then come to your home an not offer you any information to anyone but they will contact the police and deem a person unfit to remain at home and have them removed unwilling to the Hospital without anyone’s prior knowledge of their policy and procedures this can definitely escalate matters and cause a lot of confusion I wish I never contacted them I’m now finding ways to hold them accountable for their actions I was lied to and mislead their Business should not continue on any capacity again they don’t even deserve one star
