Vincenzo, Josh, Frank and the rest of the team at the funeral home were amazing. during such a tough time in life, you losing a loved one and a father at that. They handled everything with care, empathy and sympathy, and I can't say enough about how well they treated my family

It has been almost 2 years since my father's passing, and I still to this day site Denis O' Connor as the absolute best. I will never forget the professionalism and kindness of this place. Robert, especially really really made my family feel seen, heard and comforted. He was very compassionate and empathetic and just amazing. My father passed away in Florida and this team made sure he arrived home in Rockaway without a hitch. Once we arrived back home, Robert sat with us and listened to my grieving mother and made sure we recieved the care we needed, especially as a family of a veteran. He was very knowledgeable about my dad's accomplishments in the Army which made my family feel so much pride. My father was a proud man and did not brag, but I tell you that hearing about his medals from a third party was wonderful and so healing. I cannot express enough gratitude and I'm a bit sad it took me this long to write a review. But yes to Denis O'Connor and to Robert. Incredible place and people. Thank you!
We had a very sudden, painful death in our family. We called the Denis S. O’Connor funeral home and spoke to Mr. Rob Potter. He immediately took charge and handled every, single detail of our family’s funeral. Rob went over and beyond – his attention to detail was very comforting.
