Visited Dr. Patel for a medical exam - same-day appointment despite my travel plans. Fair fees, clear explanations, and helpful pharmacy referral. Highly recommend for efficiency and care.
Dr.D. Patel is the best doctor in Mount Vernon. I have been his patient for years. There is never a time I needed to call him, see him I had a problem. The office staff is excellent pleasant and nice. His wife Sandy is a very pleasant lady, very helpful when you call. Any issue with anything payment. Whatever hospital and problem I have he returns my call after hours with the hours. I will never change him for another doctor. Kudos to the Patel family and staff on Park Ave.
Very compassionate and caring doctors. Both Dr. Dhansukh and Dr. Sonal Patel are very professional and really care for their patients. They listen to patients concerns with great empathy and are very thorough in their practice. The office staff is also very friendly and makes everyone comfortable. They always try to accommodate patients even in their busy schedules. Whatever the patient needs they go extra mile to help everyone. They have been there for a long time taking care of thousands of patients in the Westchester community. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a primary care physician.
If I could give 500 stars I would. They are ultra respectful, professional and helpful to all of my questions. They take the time to listen and explain thoroughly. I will always recommend this office to anyone and everyone. From the doctor to all of the staff working there. I have no idea how anyone can say otherwise about this office and the overall experience I have had with them. I immediately felt at ease, felt confident in my receiving expert medical care. When you have an appointment, they will spend the whole scheduled period with you if need be; I know when I come in to see Dr. Sonal Patel, she’s already reviewed the reasons for my coming in and my file. I never feel rushed, and she always asks if I have any other questions. She puts my concerns first. I can not speak more highly of her. Walked away, very impressed with the overall experience.
