Lester was awesome on a Thanksgiving weekend. Car keys got locked in trunk of locked car (a long story.... ). Car was a supremely annoying one to get into and past anti theft lockout. Lester was super dedicated and got it all done. Even stayed to make sure the keys still worked properly and showed me how to reset the car electronics. Great service!

I had to use Don's Towing for my Tesla, they came quickly and were very pleasant and easy to work with. The driver was nice and took great care of my car. Their pricing was great as well. I would highly recommend them.

I walked in asking the young lady that works at the front desk for help because I needed to print some documents out for my vehicle to be released from The shop next-door, which is preferred auto that works with the state police on impounding and towing vehicles for them. I greeted the young lady and asked for help, and she immediately helped me out with no questions asked, I told her my situation about what is happening next-door She did not hesitate to assist me in what I needed to get done. Don was also amazing. He listened to my situation and help me try to get out of my situation as smoothly And as easy as possible and we’re able to get my vehicle out of the holding lot within three minutes. Alex, the driver showed up promptly and got to work and picked up my vehicle and we got out of there in no time.you will not be disappointed with this established give them a call they are there to help you even if it’s for the smallest thing.

I got a flat at around 4am in Brewster on my way home from an overnight inventory shift. The jack that came with my car was a piece of crap and in the pouring rain with uneven pavement, it ended up breaking when I had a coworker come to assist with putting on the spare. I ended up having to call AAA which couldn’t dispatch someone until around 8am. Once Lester arrived from Dons, not only did he fix it quick, but he took the time to help me learn how to use my air pump that i couldn’t figure out. He even informed me of some alternative contacts if I ever got into a jam again to avoid waiting as long. I was so overly stressed and tired, knowing i’d only get 3 hours of sleep before going back to work and now having to fix the tire in my trunk, but he told me to keep going and remember to smile. It really set a better tone for the day for me. Thank you Lester! Yall got a great one.

Don’s Auto Body Repair is hands down the best! I rely on them for oil changes and inspections, and their service is always top-notch. They’re so good that my mom—who lives two counties away—used them to fix her gas door lever, and she was just as impressed as I am. Their quality, service, and prices simply can’t be beat!
