I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Sial and her team. They are extremely patient and understanding. There was a shortage of my medication recently, and I had to call multiple times to move the prescription between different pharmacies. Not once did they complain — they handled everything calmly and with genuine care. I truly appreciate their patience and professionalism. Highly recommend them 100%!
Please ignore the bad reviews. I am a long-time behavioral health professional and I also have a psych history so I know the real deal when I see it and Dr Sial is it! She's been very responsive to my needs and very caring and empathetic. Unfortunately I know from long experience in psychiatry that many psych patients have an ax to grind no matter how well they are treated so just keep that in mind as you scroll through reviews-I've worked in psych hospitals that were really top notch with the greatest, most caring staff that delivered extraordinary care, but that would never be reflected in patient experience scores and that is just the nature of the beast, the squeaky wheel always squeaks the loudest and sucks up all the oxygen in the room. So don't believe the bad reviews- Dr Sial is the best!
I am a personal patient of this doctor and I honestly can say that her staff is one of the reasons why I am currently looking for a new doctor. The people she employs to answer her phone have no care to do their job correctly and genuinely treat her patients with extreme disregard. They give you false information and treat you like garbage when all you were trying to do is make sure that your mental is on track. They are wrong and then when you treat them the way they deserve to be treated then they cry and play victim like they are being treated unfairly but it’s a reaction to their horrible service. Think twice before coming to the doctor, please!
