Echo Wash Rite

I went here today because out family washer wasn't working properly as of latenand needed to do a load of laundry. I was greeted and helped by Donna a very kind and helpful employee that works here. She helped me get a laundry card and explained to me how load it up and use the machines properly. I only had 2 $10 bills and normally it's a $1 charge to load up the laundry card and any bills less than that is $2 to load up and card. And even though I only had 2 10s and it charged me the $2 she was kind enough to give me back the $1 difference. Very friendly and great customer service overall! Machines worked great very efficient. I will definitely be back!

They raised the prices and I don’t think the a/c works. The girl working there Saturday morning was really nice.

Sue is incredible. I moved into a new apartment this summer and did not have onsite washer/dryer. On top of that, I had an injury that prevented me from driving or doing anything physical for a few months. Sue went above and beyond. She picks up the laundry from the apartment and drops it off clean and folded. She also checks in with me about my recovery from the injury. Five-star business and five-star person.
