Beautiful sanctuary including a bamboo forest
There are 3 miles of trails…forest, fields and shoreline. the intertidal habitat is filled with wonder. Westchester County is currently in the process of facilitating a friendlier habitat for sea life

Great walks, nice access to the edge of long Island sound. The bamboo Forrest was cool

Beautiful place to hike around and just chill out at. I don’t have pictures for it but the trail has many benches and is pretty easy to access. Pretty much always kept clean, with the occasional late-nighters and teenagers doing what they do. Otherwise, amazing park, especially if you like walking in nature.
TL:DR; great park for wildlife and bird lovers, clean park, good trail

Nice place to walk and get some exercise. Always open with beautiful open air scenic spots . The deer and osprey are right there with the ducks and swans. Fresh air. Free parking . Nice photo shots , too.

Spent a day scrolling through, found that it’s a very interesting place combined beach, hiking trail and my favorite bamboo forest. Great place for families!
