I have many insurance companies over the years and not one of them have far and beyond like Eileen Wulffs Allstate insurance. Every time I call with a question they always have a respectful answer or get back to me with in a few mins to a few hours with my question answered to the fullest. They Treat you like FAMILY there. Hands down best insurance company I've ever had and it's a pleasure to do business with them.
If you don't have your insurance policies through Eileen Wulff, you need to switch immediately! The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable all while being kind and courteous. I've had the pleasure with working with Mary specifically since Sept 2014 and have never been disappointed.

The Eileen Wulff Agency is always readily available to me I'm happy to answer all of my questions. They work tremendously for my benefit and try to find the best coverage at the least expensive for me. Although I live 45 minutes away from the agency they are an agency that I I truly recommend they are courteous, professional, and always there to answer my questions. If they say they will do something they always come through. I give the agency and their staff and a big thumbs up.
I have been insured with Allstate for over five years now. There renter's insurance policy is thorough and complete. It hasn't gone up over the years, like most policy's elsewhere do! The people that work here are helpful, trustworthy and diligent in the work that they do! Thank you, Allstate Eileen Wulff for being the very best!
Good service, but better options existed for me... One day I was speaking to a friend about coverage of his cars, and he was surprised to see HOW MUCH I paid for less coverage than him. I connected with his broker, got a quote, and was able to save a lot of money. The other company also had high marks on service which I verified through my friends who had the same carrier. I gave Eileen Wulff's office an option to fix, but the national answering service couldn't do anything better. Then her office called back with a better rate.. but they couldn't make any of it retroactive for all premium I paid. For you... please shop around, even if you already use her, because her office won't tell you that you are overpaying for a policy that you can get elsewhere for much cheaper until you try to cancel.
