I brought our 2016 Subaru Legacy to Elder for him to get rid of the terrible mildew smell due to a blocked air conditioner drainage tube that went unrepaired and neglected for years. The smell was so bad I had to wear an n95 mask on the rare occasion that I drove it while all the windows were open. After driving it I still had to shower and wash my clothes because of the smell.
Elder took out all the seats and the carpet, and cleaned the top and underside of the carpet several times until the smell was gone. He also scrubbed the floor under the carpet. This was the only way the carpet would get clean and the smell removed, and ozone would not have done the job because the smell had permeated both sides of the carpet.
Elder's results were better than I hoped for. The smell is completely gone, and the car is usable once again. He returned the car to us looking and smelling sparkling clean. He kept me informed as to the status of his work, and his fee was very fair. I highly recommend Elder's work!
