Frustrating experience. Changed original scheduled date Without effectively communicating. Frustrating when you make special arrangements.
Specifically requested contact before inspector would come to the property via phone and email, which was not a problem at the time of taking my credit card upfront…
We Had to contact multiple times to get an update on the time Window. Maybe Abby (I believe was the name) was having a bad day or juggling tasks, tone on the phone was not Service friendly/appropriate.
I have been using EIS for 35 Years. Always a professional service, highly experienced inspectors. I can't say enough about them.
Fran was absolutely amazing. When she said she’s gonna call she’s gonna call when she said she’s gonna text you she texts I went through a little situation And PSEG was giving me the running …… fran was not hesitant with helping me get the situation solved right before the holiday, so I really do thank her so much …. And also The electrician was very nice
I had a great inspection experience. The inspector arrived in the window I was given, quickly got to checking my upgraded panel. He was polite, focused and efficient. The ladies in the office were wonderful! They took care of the paperwork involved and always go the extra mile for their customers
Extremely professional, the inspector was on time, professional , knowledgeable and helpful. The office staff processed all the paperwork in a timely matter.
