Very Nice , Good People, Night Parking And clean washrooms For Truckers
I think his name is Jose he works the docks. Very nice man. They use powered hand jacks to unload trailers so it takes a little while(I went to sleep) to unload. Its also very tight back there for a sleeper. As soon as Jose moved some of the box trucks it wasn’t too challenging.
There is no other company comparable to Lightning Express. I have had the pleasure of working with them for little less then a year now and I couldn't have better things to say. The customer service provided by Joe, Ed and the inside team outstanding. They truly go above and beyond to meet all customers needs and expectations. Always on time and never late. Logistics is never easy but working with Lightning makes it a little less stressful.
I have been doing business with the owner Joe at least 20 years. I have been in the transportation industry for 31 years.
There are certain people that can handle the transportation industry, Joe and his staff CAN. I have never once been let down. Joe will jump in a truck and do the shipment before ever letting a customer down. Seriously if you need a dependable trucking company here it is.
I am not sure who you are Jeff, but I have been using Lightning for years. I have had nothing but excellent service that was timely, professional, and cost effective.
If there was ever a fumble it was usually on my end, but we worked together and it was quickly resolved.
