I am honestly surprised to see there are not more positive ratings for Caroline. Cause she is the best! Tried several electrologists in the past. One of them even left me with skin discolorations for months. With her, no problem. Healthy looking skin in a couple of days and annoying hair is gone. The process can be tedious depends on your genetics, hormones and sometimes even luck so tons of patience is required (I am still working on that😅). But once the hair (it's stem cell) is permanently killed, it's gone for good (unlike laser). The instrument and the technique matter greatly in this industry. And you can tell because she is a pro. She actually stretches your skin slightly for the probe to reach the targeted area (which is an essential technique for thermolysis). She also uses a high end instrument which operates at a higher efficiency and offers more comfort for the patient. Higher frequency = faster and more localized heat applied with less heat transfer to the surrounding tissue to cause potential skin damage.

She is also really good at communication and listens to your concerns and needs. Will work with you on your treatment plan that works with your schedule. Afraid of pain? No problem. Because numbing cream will be applied on your most sensitive areas like upper lip for a pain free experience. And ice pack is available for those who need one after treatment.
