Service desk associate Ellie- Great and courteous; she really cares about the company’s customers. Remembers customers and offers a great hand when needed
Service Man Sal- personally explained issues that my car was having and provided excellent and speedy service work and also had a great knowledge of not just Subarus but other cars as well.

Everyone dreads going to the dentist and getting your car repairs. My experience at empire toyota of huntington for repairs and maintenance of my 2016 toyota camry was a great experience because of the efforts of Sunny my service representative. he took care of me like "family" he did the following
1) he gave me a fair and true assessment of what needed to be done and what can be deferred
2) he never pressured me to do any service or repair. Instead he explained the lneccessity and severity of each service and where he could he tried to bundle services to save me money.
3) he took the time to understand my driving pattern and made recommendations based on that. This was a first.
And finally when it was all said and done and I paid. He surprised me by getting permission from his boss to give me a complementary car wash because I was having a rough few days.

Purchased a new WRX ts at Empire Subaru yesterday. the staff was amazing....quick, painless purchase in and out in 20 minutes. Ian Todd is the salesman to see. he is well versed in everything Subaru, and Alli handled the paperwork quickly. She walked me through everything. I could not be more satisfied or appreciative for the VIP treatment. I highly recommend them.
I am a Northwell employee and was sent to Empire Mazda via the Preferred Ownership program. The offer on Northwell’s benefits page said to enroll with the Director of the program- Jake Brief - jbrief@eagny.com. He answered me almost immediately and was very nice and professional. He helped me shop some different brands Empire has to figure out what to look at and whether leasing or buying was better for me. He put me in touch with the sales rep. Brendan, and the GM Sunny at Empire Mazda in Huntington. Sunny, Eric, Jay, and Brendan were absolutely amazing! It was the easiest, smoothest, and lowest pressure car shopping experience I have ever had. Jake and Brendan even delivered the vehicle to my office for me (one of the program perks!) in time to show it off at a company bbq. My 6 year old daughter said she loves the car, and now when we are going somewhere she makes sure to let me know every time she sees another Mazda on the road! Thank you Empire!
