Not many stores, isolated entrance low lighting. Did not see any security guards in any corner or location until students were dismissed all of sudden around 5 of them appeared. The parking pay meters to exit were not working, and the machine did not return my ticket. After an attendant appeared 10 min later it took 20 min for the people at the call center to assist, they wanted to charge me 28 dollars for a whole days parking I was there 1 hr only after the attendant assisted me they charged me for 1:30! It took me 30 min to resolve the issue and they charged me. What a Scam!
I enjoy strolling through Empire Outlets and picking up little odds and ends. Cotton On used to be my favorite spot, so I was disappointed when it closed recently. However, I recently discovered the crepe truck near Shake Shack, and it was a delightful find! The matcha pineapple crepe paired with hot cocoa was absolutely delicious.
Empire Outlets is definitely a cute spot for a solo date or a self-love/self-care day.
Most convenient parking place with reasonable price. Easy access with fully automated payment system and high security. Not much crowded so no need to wait in long queue. All benefit of parking vehicle under the hood and no risk to damage vehicles. 24hrs open parking and cost per hour is not expensive. This is the perfect parking location for Staten Island ferry ride for New York.
