I recently purchased a home from EXR as an investment, they were highly professional and easy to work with and always responded promptly. I never even met them everything was handled remotely on my part as I was in another state, my lawyer also complimented how fair and easy they were to work with. We had a few issues pop up during title search and they worked it out to everyone satisfaction very fast.
