Springvale Apartments

I’ve had a great experience living at Springvale Apartments. The community is quiet and well-kept, with plenty of green space to enjoy. The management team is always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any requests. Maintenance issues are handled promptly, and everything is kept clean and in good shape. Parking is easy, and the location is convenient to shops and transportation. Overall, a safe, comfortable place to live—I’d definitely recommend Springvale to anyone looking for a new home.

my aunt and cousin used to lived here. Its quiet, great scenery overlooking the Hudson river and the barn room is big enough to host events.

I have lived in SPRINGVALE Croton on Hudson, New York for the past 6 1/2 years. There are no words to express how lucky you would be to live in this fantastic over 55 community. The rental staff and maintenance staff could not be more accommodating or helpful to all of your needs. The grounds are meticulously taken care of all four seasons of the year and the snow removal is second to none. When going to work one morning early at 6:30 in the morning, I realized I had locked my keys in the house. A quick call to the 24 hour maintenance staff on site. brought someone within four minutes to open my door. If you find yourself needing a new “home” check out Springville you won’t be sorry.

The grounds at Springvale Apartments are well maintained. They do an excellent job with landscape and snow removal. The management is very responsive and address any issues immediately.

Hi Im Brad. I can honestly say, from my heart, Springvale Apartments/Community, has been and is a joy for me,living here. In being approved 3 years ago, my then, Co-Op apt in Yonkers,had very bad harships going on. I researched, and found Springvale,a 55 plus community,here in Croton NY. As this was all knew for me. Tina and her wonderful staff, guided me in with open arms. I cannot say enough about this beautiful living here. As a Gay male, I felt it would be an adjustment for me, moving here,and in the area, coming from diversity. But it has been nothing more then comfortable,eccepting, here at Springvale Apts.as well as the communities here in Croton. My neighbors are gems! and so deverse,which I love. The apartments are adorable,and very spacious. It is so nice coming home,after a days work,enjoying the beauty and peaceful settings here. Theres ample accommodations here, mini laundry matts, in walking distance,right on the property. ample parking spots, if you dont drive, there are mini buses that take you to the shopping areas,right from Springvale. They have activities on the property, the Barn were you can relax and and read,etc. Many lovely walking areas. I cannot say enough about the Maintenance Department here. It is ran professional and meticulous,by Dan. Always there to help you out,along with his staff. Viola is there helping you with any service related problems ,you may have. Shes great. The Maintenance staff is just amazing here, any problems in the apartments,they attend and solve fast . What i really like,is the attention the staff always gives to safety precautions here. I thought i would miss my gardening on my Balcony, were I used to live, but to my surprise, I have they wonderful cute Veranda area, were I can comfortably enjoy with company, and still garden in my containers. The Estate like settings here,and Vistas, the wild life,so many species of birds, trees,are just breathtaking ,here at Springvale. Although I lost my Co-Op in Yonkers, I gained a real Gem,here at springvale. To be honest, in writing this review, its all from my heart, and came so natural. Thanks and good luck to you .
