Hampton Oaks

The living conditions at this apartment complex is very wonderful . With just a few minor issues. Things that needs to be addressed with urgency. There is 2 huge garbage dispo6at the back of my building which needs to be properly maintained. Whenever the open top container is full There is always piles of garbage dumped in the back which looks very horrible and not welcoming visitors because its ugly and disgusting. I have asked the office on numerous occasions to assess this issue.

The good thing about this apartment complex is that:

1. The buildings are always clean.
2. Maintenance act with sincere urgency when called.
3. Appartnents are specious and well maintained.
4. The neighborhood is safe and friendly and peaceful and calm.
5. I would recommend this apparent complex to anyone.

Our biggest concern and I know this cause everyone speaks about it and that's the electricity. It's high. And if there was a better way to reduce electricity cost and bring the bills down it would be a excellent plus for the owners of the complex a d would drive people to want to live here longer and also those who want to rent would quickly do so.

Apart from that the staff is very courteous, understanding and Helpful.

I say say to the owners once these minors issues are looked into and get resolved you will have a magnificent response and survey.

Everyone is extremely respectful and kind.
Questions are always answered quickly and any concerns are resolved on the spot.
I cannot express enough how happy I am that my application was approved, and that I am presently living there. The entire complex is peaceful, quiet, and the neighbors are the best. The apartments are in
mint condition.
Everything is close by as well.
