We had Mark and his team fix our bathroom in October 2024, and they were an absolute lifesaver!
We had been dealing with a problem in the bathroom for a while, and as soon as they started, everything moved quickly. The finished work was top-notch, they were detailed, always on time, and clearly took pride in what they did.
So this year we decided to move forward with a bigger renovation of our condo in Pomona. We asked Mark to add recessed lights in 2 rooms, remove popcorn texture from the walls and ceiling, and repaint some walls. He provided us with a fair, market-price estimate that was very detailed. From the very beginning, he stayed in touch with my husband and responded to us promptly whenever we had questions.
Once the work started, we were not disappointed. The whole team Zac, Fernando and the rest of the crew, did an amazing job. They kept the place organized every day after finishing up, were polite and respectful, and paid close attention to every detail.
As someone who is very detail-oriented myself, I appreciated how they offered thoughtful suggestions based on their past experience in similar spaces. The choices we made from the size of the recessed lights, the dimmer, to the color all turned out perfectly. The end result is impeccable!!
We could not be happier with our decision to hire them again. Honestly, our only regret is that we didn’t do this renovation sooner, everything turned out better than we ever expected. Thank you so much for the outstanding work!
This team is the best I’ve worked with, they are very personable and always communicative. They did an amazing job on our porch stair and new walkways, we constantly get compliments! We are using them for our next project for patio as well.
Mark renovated my bathroom. The finished product is beautiful. I love, love, love it. Mark was excellent to work with. My favorite thing about him, is he is a perfectionist and so am I. When there was anything that needed adjusting or correction, he was already 1 step ahead of me. The things I saw, he saw too. He has an excellent eye for things, and I valued his opinion on everything. I absolutely recommend Extreme Precision.
