Called on short notice on a NY layover and the Staff was excellent! They promptly returned phone calls and with very little ease squeezed me in for my semi-annual FAA physical. The appointment was quick, no wait, staff was friendly (Thanks Nadine!) and I have found my new favorite FAA AME! In and out in under an hour including EKG. Plus I was also able to get a Derm appointment completed as well. Dr. Panzer has a great demeanor, understands what pilots need, provides excellent care and is a pleasure to talk aviation with.
