Switched my family from Northwell and haven’t looked back. Doctors are great. Appointments are easy to book by phone or ZocDoc and don’t need to wait months. Virtual visits via Zoom is an option too. They use Elation Passport for communications and doctors actually respond to messages. Front desk staff is courteous and helpful.
Phenomenal front desk staff and providers. I love Dr. Solomon — she is super thorough, thoughtful and has good humor as well.
I’ve been searching for a PCP for a while that makes me feel comfortable and their team all around does and is phenomenal.
My only constructive feedback is the waiting time for the doctors. I would suggest you should be ready to spend at least 90 minutes for your appt
The doctor I'm seeing is Lori Solomon, who is wonderful, non-judgmental. She is patient and helpful and is willing to work with me. The receptionists are pleasant and very helpful. The office is clean and well maintained.
