Fazio Brothers Collision

Fazzio Bros are the last of the good guy mechanics and collision repair! I truly appreciated their concern and the way they treat everyone like family! If you need auto collision repair this is the shop in Brooklyn to go to! Smooth coordination with local car rental and insurance companies made my horrible-at-fault car accident easier to deal with my injuries!

1st, let me say, I am not one to write reviews. And my apologies for the long one but I implore you to read this one! I feel it is necessary to write one today. I had the great misfortune of getting into a car accident late August. I went through my insurance and found the Fazio Brothers as a highly recommended auto body shop affiliate. The shop being super close to my home was an added benefit. From the time I dropped my car off until right before I got my vehicle was seemless, professional, and caring. HOWEVER, the day I was to get my car changed my whole perspective on this company which really sucks because both brothers are nothing but sweet, courteous, and respectful. My car took longer than expected to be repaired (drop off August 25th- September 25th) in the eyes of the insurance anyway because they capped me at 30 days for my rental. I informed the shop and they said they will take care of it with regards to the rental that lapsed and to let me know if the rental company calls me or if I had any issues. Upon dropping off my rental, they informed me that my deposit would not be released until the 2 days I had the car that wasn't covered by my insurance was taking care of. You would think thats a plausible issue to call and rectify with my auto body shop right? I called the auto body shop, explaining the issue and was hung up on by the receptionist. Thinking it was a drop call, I called back and got no answer. Upon my arrival to the shop, I was met with such attitude by this receptionist, telling me " I ruined everything " and when asked to elaborate "just nevermind" and walked away from me. Her lack in professionalism and abundance of rudeness and attitude further traumatize me because I was already in a bad place from the accident. All I wish, is that this nasty receptionist would be properly trained to deal with customers who are actually traumatized by the experience of getting into an accident and not further traumatized them. The work on the car was beautiful and I thank the Fazio brothers but I dont think I will be using them again ( especially because theres some work on the car i needed done outside of the scope of my accident) if I have to deal with them through this nasty receptionist. Sometimes your biggest detriment to a company is the little people you have working the front desk!!!! DO BETTER!!!!

Greatful to Fazio brothers Team for their professionalism, excellent work, and their wonderful staff. They repaired my car beautifully, communicated promptly and clearly and were patient with me as well. My car is back to its beauty. I got it back cleaner than I left it inside and out.. with even small little scratches and sticker adhesive gone (which weren't covered by my insurance) highly recommend this shop.

I'm a customer for over 25 years and there is a reason for that. I've had both collision work and mechanical work done on all of my cars and trucks. There is no comparison to the care, detail and professionalism that I experience every single with the Fazio Brothers. Their work is worth every cent and more. Please don't even think about going anywhere else! Honest, good people!

Picked up my car on July 16 2025 after Fazio Brothers completed some collision repair and excellent paint work. While I know the brothers for over 40 years I have not needed their services for quite some time and was delighted to find them still in business at same location I last visited. As always the personal attention by the brothers was wonderful and their dealing with my insurance company, adjusting payment from the company, locating hard to find parts and keeping me informed all the time was exemplary, and reminds me why I always seek out long-serving local businesses. Much recommended!!
