Filetto's Commack

Fabulous experiences! We ate here twice in two days while staying at the Hampton Inn next-door. While we were turned away from a nearby restaurant for having a service dog, my veteran husband and his service dog are overwhelmingly welcomed here. On top of the fast, friendly service, the food is spectacular. From the free warm bread and ice water brought to each table without having to ask... to the pizza, soup and salads we ate - everything was perfect. Thank you so much for a great dining experience :)

My husband and I went with friends last night for pasta night. Our friends have been dinning at your establishment for quite a while. We were so pleased they introduced us to your establishment! Our experience was exceptional. So many pasta choices. $ 16.95 salad, entrée, coffee and canolli. Everything was fresh and the portions very generous. We will be coming back and will recommend to family and friends.

Went to Filetto's Commack for take-out, 3 times last weekend and enjoyed their food. My 9yo liked their cheese slices and dinner rolls. The staff was friendly and service were quick.

First time here.Food was fresh. Pizza was nice and toasty. Kinda almost tastes like little vincint but not really.

One of the silver linings of moving is getting a chance to try some new places to eat; particularly my passion for local Italian places...:)
A recent transplant to Dix Hills/Commack area, I have been to Filetto's in Commack a few times; a spot of casual Italian-American dining. The restaurant features pizza, pasta dishes, and other Italian mains, along with a small bar tucked in the back.
The Pizza has been consistently delicious, with a soft crust, delicious sauce, and great for reheating. The Pinwheel is crispy outside, soft inside, with plenty large. The buffalo chicken pizza is also recommended.
The pasta dishes like Shrimp Oreganata, Chicken Francese, and Lobster Ravioli have all received praise for their flavor and quality. The Penne Alla Vodka has also been a highlight as a delicious option.
As to appetizers, the eggplant rollatini slice is delicious and flavorful. The Fried Calamari with Fra Diavolo sauce is also amazing flavor and perfect cooking. Soup also looks good.
There is a variety of Specials, particularly on Mondays and Tuesdays, that offer good value, including a pasta entrée, salad, mini cannoli, and coffee or tea all for $16.99. Delivery is available.

In conjunction with the consistent good food, there is friendly and attentive staff: The servers are commended for their attentiveness, menu knowledge, and friendly demeanor.
Clean and spacious environment; surprisingly large dining room. It can be described as comfortable and romantic, certainly part of a date night for sure.
There is live entertainment, including a singer performing songs from the 1940s, on the weekends and adds to the experience.

Filetto's in Commack is a well-run Italian-American restaurant with delicious pizza, pasta dishes, and friendly service. My overall customer experience is very positive. The restaurant's convenient location, specials, and live music on weekends make it a worthwhile option for casual dining or a family outing. Go and enjoy, one of my "new" local faves!
