Fiore Di Mare

Very nice service and good food. The management is always on top of things and the place looks lovely with flowers everywhere and a hometown feel. On this hot night, we ate appetizers for dinner - stuffed pepper, broccoli rabe with sausage and shrimp cocktail. Good portions. Nicely done

Fiore Di Mara is a great restaurant to visit in the summer time. Definitely needs some improvement such as the small menu, needs a drink menu and were the only people there. Service was excellent and food was average.

This place never disappoints no matter what u order. Our fav is the Veal Ragu over Papardelle. Grilled Octopus, zucchini flowers, salad all delish. You'll also love the bread with a c
apanade!

Staff was attentive and friendly; services quick and professional. The fried calamari was good but it came with a sauce that's new to us, a little hint of buffalo and perhaps tomato..? We weren't sure what the sauce was. The beef carpaccio was interesting and the sauce accompanying the salad was delicious. The beef, however, was thinner than a slice of paper; we had trouble picking it up for it shredded so easily due to its thinness (really wish it was mildly thicker so we can actually taste the beef).

Our favorite was the fettuccini carbonara; creamy and flavorful, pairing perfectly with the complimentary bread! Tasted even better when we asked for some black pepper!

Overall the entree was more delicious than the appetizers, so definitely try their main entrees if you get a chance!

I want to start by saying that Fiore Di mar is one ☝️ of the best restaurant in Staten Island. The waiter Luis was so professional and very informed about the menu. On point with everything appetizers /cocktails ,entree of the day .
