Fire & Ice Wellness Lounge in Wantagh is one of my favorite places on Long Island. Sharyn, the owner, has created a space that feels calm, welcoming and fun all at once. The salt room, polar room and infrared sauna are amazing, and her spa parties are next-level.
I bring my West Door Yoga groups here, and every single time the women have a blast. The room, the setup and the way Sharyn hosts make everything feel easy and comfortable. You can see it in this photo… everyone settles right in.
Sharyn was nominated for Best Salt Cave, Best Spa Party and Best Infrared Sauna for Best of Long Island, and she deserves every nomination. I also come here personally for date nights, and it is always such a great experience.
If you want something relaxing, unique and welcoming, this is the place.
I really appreciate when a place is run with care & Fire and Ice absolutely is. The space is peaceful and impeccably clean, which immediately puts you at ease. Sharyn is not only accommodating, but genuinely kind and attentive. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. The pricing is very fair for the experience you get, and it’s clear this business was built with love and intention. Definitely worth checking out. I’ll be back.
This is a special place. You find zen , peace and the owner’s bright smile. There are tons to do at the spa but also just relaxing. I love the salt cave and serenity of it. Love sauna and the red-light but haven't had a chance to try yet. Cold plunge yeahhh i dont know but the ice room a must. They have many events too, definitely a gem. Go it will not disappoint.
Amazing experience. I had the pleasure of doing the mini fire and ice package. Relaxing and rejuvenating. Everyone is so kind and helpful. 10/10 recommend as part of your health & wellness routine!
Very relaxing atmosphere. Was here for a mindfulness practice with Motherhood Moves. Then we had an amazing experience in the sauna and the ice room. The beds there are so comfy but it is cold lol the salt room was very nicely done too. I expected salt on the floor too like in other places I was before but this was also great. I also think I might just have my birthday here like a spa night out
