Eileen was the perfect instructor for my wife and I, and we highly recommend her for any couple about to have their wedding.
She was not only a great teacher for the two of us, but also did an amazing job with choreography for our song which wasn't a usual pick for a first dance.
The day of, we had the confidence we needed to nail the dance and were told how natural and flowing it looked by our guests. Again, we highly recommend!
We are absolutely over the moon with our experience working with Eileen! We found her very last minute to help us create a first-dance routine for our wedding, and she delivered far beyond anything we could have hoped for. In such a short amount of time, she crafted a full routine that fit our song perfectly, matched both my husband’s and my skill levels, and somehow still managed to include several “wow” moments that impressed not only our guests, but us as well!

Eileen was amazing and so easy to work with. We had absolutely no dance experience and were able to perfect the dance for our wedding in 3 lessons. We practiced a lot after, but still were ok with 3. She was extremely helpful, patient, and supportive. I highly recommend first dance Long Island to anyone, especially for your wedding first dance! We got so many compliments and positive feedback during our wedding on our dance and will look back on it forever and be grateful that we took it seriously and got lessons!
We took lessons with Eileen leading up to our wedding and it was fantastic! My husband and I were concerned we would be awkward during our first dance and we'd just be standing there swaying. We got married this past weekend and that was not the case at all! Eileen helped narrow down our song choice and gave us choreography that was simple and made us feel comfortable. While you can still tell we're not professional dancers by any means, our first dance turned out great and we had so much fun doing it. We got some great photos too! We're so happy with our experience!

She was flexible and made time for us to squeeze two 50-minute sessions in prior to the wedding. With thoughtful instruction and ample attention to detail, Eileen showed us the perfect steps to match our song and dance style. It was very natural and didn’t feel choreographed at all. Along with our first dance, Eileen helped us perfect a dip and boy was I dipping my wife all day long. That was worth it in itself.
