This dental office is by far the best I’ve been to. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by Anna at the front desk who is very friendly and welcoming. This establishment is very clean and accommodating. My hygienist Fiona provided me with I would say the best cleaning I’ve ever received at the dentist. Everyone is just very nice it takes any fear away that anyone would have when going to the dentist. I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone if could.

As someone who deals with a lot of anxiety around dental visits, I was amazed at how comfortable Dr. Kay made me feel from start to finish. I recently had two cavities filled and a crown done, and it was by far the best dental experience I’ve ever had.

Dr. Kay was incredibly caring and consistently checked in with me throughout the entire procedure. When administering the Novocaine, he used the cheek‑shaking technique—which was a game changer for someone like me who hates needles—and I didn’t feel a thing. Even the amount of Novocaine he used was perfect.

My cavities were filled flawlessly, and the crown process was unbelievably efficient. He took the mold during my appointment, designed the crown digitally right in front of me, created it on-site, and installed it within an hour. The technology he uses is truly impressive.

At the end of the procedure, I even shook his hand—a rare thing for me at the dentist—which shows how comfortable I felt.

On the administrative side, everything was handled smoothly. My insurance was billed correctly, and I paid my portion up front.

The Fishkill, NY office is spotless—clean, modern, and sterile in the best possible way. It immediately puts you at ease the moment you walk in.

I can't say enough good things about this dental office. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and cared for. The office is clean, modern and very organized. Annamarie at the front desk is always welcoming and warm. Dr. Kay is absolutely amazing and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. It is obvious that he genuinely cares for his patients. Dawn, the assistant, is so kind and patient and can calm the most nervous of patients down. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care, compassion and reliability.

Dr. Kay is a fabulous dentist—highly knowledgeable, modern, and truly caring. His office is fully updated with the newest technology, and the entire staff is warm, professional, and attentive. They really make you feel well taken care of from the moment you walk in.

Dr. Kay and his assistant completed two fillings and a full crown for me smoothly and beautifully in under three hours, including a 45-minute break in between. The experience was efficient, comfortable, and far better than I expected.

I had the most wonderful experience with Carlos and Dr Joe yesterday. Carlos the hygienist pointed things out that my last dentist did not even notice. The whole office has been remodeled in such a fantastic way that I was even able to see the x-rays and photos of my mouth as Carlos went over them with me. Anna at the front desk was amazing, she checked me in and went over my treatment plan in fantastic detail, including what the insurance would cover
