Really friendly, warm, and creative community here for children and adults of all ages. The Rabbi is a gem! The Cantor too. Thank you!

We joined the GCJC about 18 years ago and feel the same way now as we did then. The temple is warm and inviting, everyone is made to feel like they belong and the Rabbi is the best!

I grew up in this warm egalitarian temple and now live 120 miles away, too far to attend Shabbat services each week, but close enough to my heart to always keep my membership. The congregation cares, the religious school is welcoming, the building is beautiful, and the rabbi is a truly special leader.

My family and I have been blessed to be members of the Garden City Jewish Center for over 30 years. We love the warmth of the congregation and rabbi and look forward to many more years of being a part of the temple.

When my husband and I joined the GCJC 33 years ago, we did not know what a caring community the temple was. How fortunate we are to be part of this wonderful congregation. In times of joy, in times of sorrow, and in every other aspect, the GCJC has been part of our extended family. We are so grateful to Rabbi Goodman who has been our prayer leader, our teacher, our mentor, our solace and most importantly, our friend. We look forward to spending many more years at the GCJC.
