Genova's Pizza & Pasta

I come in randomly. I consider my self a pizza snob. it's better and cheaper then Ginos. My pizza was crispy each time I got it bottom not burned and my pizza was very flavorful. It makes me smile to get pizza here when I was younger this spot was Bel-Air pizza and it was horrible I'm happy a great pizza place is in this spot now the regular slice is awesome And Margarita slice but my favorite is the ala vodka grandma slice thank you for great pizza

Foods always been good every time we order - however the customer service is lacking pretty often. I order from home and walk over pretty often (once a week at least) and no matter how much time I wait, if I get there and one particular employee is at the counter, I know the night is shot. The food won’t be ready, she usually ignores 90% of the people waiting…. When she does give me the order it’s wrong at least half the time. I know it’s not just me, I hear other people in the restaurant complaining about her when I’m there. Not to mention…. The other employees often privately apologize for the stuff she’s doing (or not doing… since she’s not working….) - we enjoy the food and I would hate to give up on a place literally steps from our front door with food that’s great, but there’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to staff.

Late-Night Gem in Long Beach! 🌙🍕

It was 1:30 AM on a Saturday night, and I was starving. These days, not many places are open that late, but I stumbled across Genova’s in Long Beach — open till 3 AM! 🙌

I ordered the Eggplant Supreme, and let me tell you… it was off the hook. Crispy eggplant, perfect sauce, melty cheese — every bite hit the spot. You can tell they care about quality, even in the middle of the night.

If you’re ever out late and need something legit to eat, I highly recommend Genova’s. It’s rare to find a place that delivers both flavor and convenience at that hour. Will definitely be back!

There are a lot of different pizzas to choose from. There are even gluten free options which I appreciate. The grandma style pizza is 10/10 and they sell fresh Italian ice which is great after a long day at the beach!
