I was very happy with the service they did on my mother-in-law’s Durango this week. Nick A. was neat, professional and did the right job the first time. Because of Nick’s professionalism, I made an appointment for my own car. I normally do my own work but unfortunately due to an injury I can’t at this time. Thank you Nick, they are lucky to have a tech like you.

Blair, and all the Goodyear Staff were absolutely outstanding in their ethical approach towards assisting me with my car. I came in for an annual inspection, but learned that my car needed other services done in order to pass inspection (and be a car that I could continue to use!). The staff were kind, considerate, and willing to work with me to find what solution worked best for me at this time. Will certainly visit them for the rest of my car needs!
Joe, who is the service manager is an honest and knowledgeable person. I had 2 Cars in for services related to my tires. Joe explained everything in detail to me. I drove out of the shop a very happy and satisfied customer again. This Goodyear shop in Port Jeff is great. They are honest and accurate in the time they tell you that it will take to complete the service.

Great service and expertise from Colin! I wasn’t completely satisfied with the appearance of the rear tires that I selected and they were able to correct this issue quickly and efficiently. Purchased a full set of four tires for my Challenger and they did a great job. I will be back for another set on my daughter’s Infiniti. Highly recommend.
