I have never been to this body shop and I recommend them highly! I spoke to Annmarie and Brian. What great customer service. Brian goes over everything and lets you know what needs to be done. The work that they did looks definitely brand new. Like my car never got hit. My trunk and side panel looks great!

Brian was amazing! This is the second car I’ve needed repair on and just like the first time, the car came out looking better than new! They said it would take two days and that’s exactly how long it took. They cleaned my car inside and out. It came back impeccable! I highly recommend Goshen collision. Amazing service.

Great people to work with both in the office and the technicians. They did the estimate and submitted to the insurance company of truck owner who backed into my truck who approved the estimate and the repair. Truck repair looked great and they cleaned my truck outside and inside...never had that much personal service anywhere in a long time....then sent me a beautiful artistic thank you note for giving them my business...who does that today....they do!! All around stress free experience with really nice people including the owner! Thank you!

We hit a deer upstate NY with the Lexus RX 350. I have State Farm Ins ( they are excellent). My agent and I discussed the repair work and choose Goshen Collision in Goshen NY. I had worked in Goshen and knew of Goshen Collision for decades and only heard good news of their work and service . I called them and Anne Marie set me up for an estimate. John did the initial pictures and we set up a time to bring the car in for repair. We brought the car in at the appointed time and was given a time frame for repair. We were updated as to the repairs and notified when the car was ready to be picked up. Great communication ! We went to pick up the car and it was magnificent! The work was impeccable and the car looked as if it came off the show room floor. Brian walked me through the repairs and fully guaranteed the work.
The repairs are excellent the car looks brand new and we are happy campers. I super highly recommend Goshen Collision and would not hesitate to send family and friends to them.
