Very pleased with Healey Ford's service! They confirmed my appointment, took care of the recalls to the Ford chasis, completed the oil/ filter change and generator oil change, checked all 6 tires as well as realign the weather stripping to the cabover and passenger side door at no extra charge! That was a job, very hard to reinsert weather stripping over your head, and I know because I tried! You have a customer for life, many thanks!
Nancy and the service department have been very patient and helpful. My mother was having her van fixed by Healey Ford, and sadly she passed away while it was being serviced. They were very understanding and didn't continously pressure us to resolve her bill the way I'm sure other service departments might. Nancy also suggested a potential buyer for the van once it was picked up. Thank you Nancy and Healey Ford.
