Our experience with Gotham Cabinetry and Design was excellent from the very beginning. Dana was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful from the moment we walked into the showroom all the way through the final installation. She guided us through all the different types of stone and materials, helping us choose and coordinate the perfect selections for our kitchen, bathrooms, and bar area. Her eye for design and ability to tie everything together made the process smooth and enjoyable.
Dana also helped us find ways to cut costs where possible, offering smart alternatives without sacrificing quality or aesthetics. Whenever she wasn’t available, the rest of the Gotham team stepped in immediately—they were always responsive, professional, and willing to help.
At one point, we had delays with a separate cabinet maker, and Gotham even offered to step in and take over if needed. Fortunately, it never came to that, but the fact that they offered spoke volumes about their commitment to customer service.
The stone templater arrived quickly, took precise measurements, and even made helpful suggestions regarding sink sizes and configurations for the bathrooms. Installation of all the stone was completed efficiently and cleanly. Everything fit perfectly with zero damage to the cabinets, drywall, or surrounding finishes.
Overall, Gotham Cabinetry and Design delivered exceptional service, craftsmanship, and support from start to finish. We highly recommend them for any kitchen, bath, or stone project.

We could not be happier with our brand-new kitchen! From start to finish, working with Kris and Billy was an absolute pleasure. I LOVED working with Kris and the entire Gotham Cabinet team. Kris was extremely professional and knowledgeable and I appreciated her candor and expert advice when designing my kitchen and dining/bar area. She offered great suggestions and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. Kris made designing the layout seamless and took our lifestyle into consideration when incorporating fun add-ons (hello supplement cabinet!). I assumed designing a kitchen would be stressful, but Kris made it so much fun and was always happy to answer my many questions. This is our second wonderful experience with Gotham Kitchen! We worked with Kris a few years ago to remodel our kitchen and we were extremely satisfied.
